Short version: we collect as little as possible and sell nothing.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you subscribe. Used solely to send you what you signed up for. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
• Server analytics — aggregate, cookieless request metrics from our hosting provider (page views, country, referrer). No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
• Quiz answers — if you take a quiz, answers are stored to show your result and, if you opt in, tailor emails.

What we don't do

• No third-party advertising trackers or social pixels.
• No selling or sharing of personal data.
• No profiling beyond the newsletter segment you chose.
